Hi i’m Alex Eatly. I’m a Certified Personal Fitness Coach and I work with women just like you day in and day out.

Currently I am Studying My Masters of Chirtopractic, but a few years ago I graduated with a BSc in Sports & Exercise Science with Honors (My Research was in the effect of caffeine on Maximal Strength & strength endurance if you’re interested) and around the same time qualified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I’ve spent countless hours researching, reading (journals, textbooks & other fat loss programs) and monitoring my own clients results while following my own fat loss systems.
