Why Are You Overweight? Don’t you find it frustrating when you see people all around you that look gorgeous and then you see them stuffing there face with all the wrong foods? You also have to understand the there is no quick fix weight loss pill out there or prescription drug that can help you out of this. But you do have one friend that can help you. You two are already great friends you just don’t understand each other yet. This is what makes the dummies approach so easy.

Your best friend... The friend that is going to get you out of this is FOOD!

Yes the one thing that you think is holding you back is the only thing that can lead you to the thin body you are hoping for. You don’t get fat because of a lack of exercising, that’s a myth.  You get fat because you don’t eat the right foods at the right intervals each day. What makes the dummies approach even better is that it allows you to eat more than three times per day.  What’s so exiting is that you can lose the weight you have gained by eating the right foods at the right intervals of the day........
