Please do not be intimidated with the fact that I am a competitive body builder or by the look of my physique. I have not always looked this way. In 1990 after my 14 year football career ended I weighed 245 lbs., had a 39 inch waist, and my body fat % was over 26%. At that point I simply redirected my passion for power lifting and football to competitive body building because I, like everyone, wanted a lean, attractive mid-section. I made some significant strides in the first four years by following the local body-builders. Every year I would compete with more muscle, less fat, and more experience. Then I got married and started a family in 1994. Out of necessity I had to streamline my training system. I worked out in my basement on my lunch hour so that when I got done with my delivery route (I drove a package car for UPS) at 7:00 p.m. I could spend quality time with my family versus going to the gym. As I improved my body, people were naturally drawn to me for help. It felt so good helping others learn how to work-out and eat to get leaner and fit. Finally in Aug. of 2001 I quit my job and became a full time trainer. I became the highest income earning trainer the company had ever seen (out of 1800 trainers throughout the country). My passion since then has been to develop the safest, most time effective, results oriented fat loss system on the market.
