Do you feel like crap? Would you like to stop? I had a revelation last year, when I realized that I hadn’t been sick in 60 weeks, and I hadn’t woken up on the ’wrong side of bed’ in much longer than that. I realized that life isn’t supposed to be filled with suffering and oppressive dread of the next morning. I realized that I had lost over 60 pounds in 60 weeks, and that I didn’t notice.
