The truth is, you’re almost certainly going about things the wrong way. Probably because you’ve been getting bad advice.

The standard "wisdom" tells you that the road to Warcraft riches follows a punishing path . . .

    * grinding away on mobs that drop above-average trash (but they call it "trash" for a reason!) . . .

    * farming lucrative sweet spots in the dead of night, to avoid competition from other desperate players . . .

    * camping secret locations or rare spawn mobs for hours on end, praying for the 1% chance drop that will make your fortune . . .

    * hacking repeatedly through Instances you wish you’d never see again, just so you can score a few Greens to disenchant, or a few stacks of cloth . . .

    * hanging around in the Cities and begging other players for a chance to use your expensive crafting or enchanting skills in exchange for meagre tips

Dude... I thought this game was supposed to be fun?!

OK: All of those boring, time-wasting, mind-numbing methods work . . . sort of.

Except you’ve got to be a Level 60 - or even Level 70 - to make them pay. And you’ll need a couple of cans of Red Bull to keep you awake.

And even then, you’ll still be "just getting by."

Don’t you have better things to do with your game play time? I know I do!
