My name is Eric Wong and I’m an MMA Performance Coach, working with fighters who’ve won championship belts, knocked their opponents out in the first round, and who’ve won unanimous decisions. But I haven’t always been training elite mixed-martial artists like UFC-vet Jeff “The Inferno” Joslin and up-and-comer Ray “The Hitman” Penny. I started my career as a Personal Trainer in 2000 working with regular people like you, who simply wanted to lose weight and get in shape. Now I’m not the biggest guy around. I’m 6’ tall and weigh about 175 pounds. But I’m strong, and my body fat is very low, hovering around 6-7% year-round.
