One day I had a call from one of my long established clients, Jackie. She was organizing a party for her son Josh’s 13th birthday. With just three days to go, Josh suddenly announced that he wanted a scavenger hunt. Jackie remembered playing this game at one of the parties I had organized for her five years previously and wanted me to organize another unforgettable scavenger hunt for Josh and her. So as I was sitting on a plane at 30,000 feet, I wrote some basic notes into an email and sent them to Jackie.
