Discover the Octagon-Proven MMA Conditioning Program That Will Keep You Explosive Even After 3 Hard Rounds However, if you’re already at your peak level of conditioning... Have total confidence in your gas... Know exactly what to do and when to do it... Or if you’re already following an MMA workout program that is proven to elevate your performance, then this is NOT for you.

On this page you’ll discover the MMA workout programs that pro fighters use to develop explosive power for knockout punches, stunning kicks, bone-crushing throws, and vicious submissions until the final bell - with at most 3 days a week of efficient workouts.

To all serious mixed-martial artists,

Before you read any further, consider these questions:

  • Have you been doing the same workouts in the gym, over and over?
  • Would you dedicate 1 hour, 3 times a week if you knew you could develop a rock-solid core, explosive power and cardio that will leave you ready for more?
  • Do you want to learn a MMA specific workout program that is based on science and proven in the octagon?
  • Have you wasted money on supplements only to find out they didn’t do much for your performance?
  • Does your current conditioning routine demand too much time or leave you too tired and sore to effectively train your mixed-martial arts skills?
  • Are you ready work hard 2-3 days a week that will prepare you to go the distance and be fresh at the end of it?

If you answered "YES" to any of the above questions, then keep reading...

My name is Eric Wong and I’m a mixed-martial arts strength and conditioning coach. I only train mixed-martial artists. I don’t spend my time training kids who play hockey, football, or any other sport. My athletes are mixed-martial artists who fight and must have peak levels of strength and conditioning.

I’ve put this program together to share the knowledge that I’ve gained training fighters since 2005. This system has helped my fighters win fights through first round knockouts and powerful submissions, as well as going the distance to win a unanimous decision.

Most Mixed-Martial Artists Are Totally Confused About How To Train To Improve Their Performance

This program has been designed with you in mind - an athlete who wants to improve your performance but is confused with the loads of information provided by the hundreds of so-called ’experts’, or the 14 year old kids giving you advice in MMA forums.

Most fighters don’t have the time or knowledge to be able to sort through it all. I’ve heard the questions before, and I’m sure you’ve had them at some point or still have them now:

How many times a week should I lift weights/do cardio?

Are intervals and sprints the best way to develop cardio?

What exercises are the best for MMA?

Won’t lifting weights make me slow?

How do I train to develop knockout power with my strikes?

I heard I don’t actually need conditioning since I’m training MMA 5 days a week? Is this true?

The Ultimate MMA Strength and Conditioning Program provides you with an easy to follow workout program that will answer all of your questions and so much more. Everything inside is based on scientific principles of strength and conditioning and fight-tested results.

When you follow the program, you’ll develop the following qualities: power and endurance in your aerobic, anaerobic lactic, and anaerobic alactic energy systems; strength and power in all major movement patterns (lunge, bend, push, pull, squat, twist), isometric endurance; all biomotor abilities (7); sagittal, transverse, and frontal plane core stability, and much, much more to help you reach your physical potential.

No wonder you’re confused - you’d need to spend years studying this stuff to get it all right. Luckily for you, I’ve spent those years studying it and have put this program together for you incorporating everything you need to have top MMA conditioning.

Plus, most of my athletes aren’t full-time pro fighters. My guess is that you’re not a full-time pro fighter either. You have a life outside of MMA, which probably includes a job, family, and other responsibilities that limit the time you have to train.......
