Imagine waking up  every day knowing that you are going to experience a day filled with joy, excitement, exhilaration and fulfillment! Imagine going to bed every night feeling completely at peace with yourself, reliving the wonderful results of your day only to wake up totally refreshed to do it all over again!

Isn’t it true, that whenever you have been asked what you believed was the most important thing in Life, you thought, or even answered, "just to be happy?"

In other words, you believe that being happy is more important than say, being financially secure, or being in a great relationship, or having a great job or owning a great car or house?

Of course, your answer is totally correct. Let’s face it, we ALL want happiness in our lives. I mean, true happiness. Let’s go even a step further and admit that we ALL need to be truly happy. Just like we need those most precious nutrients of life like oxygen, water and food!

My name is Rick Saruna and I have been helping people to overcome their problems as a clinical therapist for many years. More importantly, I help people to discover how they can find an amazing balance in their lives and enjoy a fuller, richer future.

I now have a very important question to ask you, and one that I trust you will answer honestly:
are You really as happy as You want to be?

Most people on this planet are not happy. Which is very sad indeed. Millions of people are flat-out depressed and most of them seem to swim aimlessly in a sea of negativity day in and day out, month after month, year after year. So many depressed people simply blame the world for all that is wrong in their lives, not knowing what to do to feel happiness. And even more astonishing is that there are even those who seem to thrive on being unhappy! You know, the person who loves to let you know about their ever-building list of problems.

SO many people seek answers in the medical world - in overfilled psychiatrist and psychologist waiting rooms and emotional counseling and trauma centers. They search in books and tapes and courses that make you either get back in touch with your inner child or instruct you to wallow in your past until you find the root cause of your unhappiness (and then what?). And they become convinced to invest in the trillion dollar a year industry that will offer up some quick-fix medication. All you have to do is look at commercial after television commercial asking you to ask your doctor if he can write you a prescription for the latest, greatest ’feel good’ pill (with ALL the side effects you can expect to receive if somehow the smiling faces of the paid actors in the ad convinces you). To me, this is scary!

The sad reality is that most people seeking a solution in the medical world can expect to spend week after week, session after session, pill after pill, dollar after endless dollar, only to remain unhappy.

Let me tell you that the only people that are smiling, at least on one level, are the stockholders and executives of the pharmaceutical companies that continue to smash sales records every year with their latest greatest, ever-growing family of anti-depressants. Pills may be required for some physical and emotional ailments, but let’s get real - - there is no such thing as a "happy pill". Happiness comes from within - and that’s just the truth!
