I’m an estate-planning attorney so why did I write a book about hot flashes? Because, like you, I was DESPERATE! When I started menopause my doctor prescribed hormone therapy and my hot flashes disappeared. But after reading reports from the Women’s Health Initiative Studies I was afraid to continue taking hormones. With my doctor’s blessing I stopped hormone therapy but my hot flashes returned with a vengeance. Frantic for a SAFE alternative and determined to retake control of my life, I investigated my options and wrote the book.

21 Safe Strategies

In this easy to follow ebook, I describe 11 safe and effective strategies that reduce the frequency, duration and severity of hot flashes as well as 10 cooling strategies that make any remaining flashes more bearable. And I also describe the classic, time-proven sleep secret method pioneered by Dr. David F. Tracey. These proven strategies have made a huge improvement in my life and I want the same improvement for you.

How These Strategies Helped Me

I established a baseline of the frequency, duration and severity of my hot flashes just as I describe in the book. Here’s what I averaged: 17 flashes a day - 7 of which were truly horrible. You’ve probably had them, your face is beet red and sweat is dripping from everywhere. By following the recommendations I describe in the book, I now average just 7 flashes a day and only 2 are really "horrible".
