Surprise, it did not work! I found it very hard to stick to; my husband and I worked long hours, and when he arrived home I would put the children to bed and we would sit in front of the television, snacking all evening. My job did not help, it involves sitting down for long spells at the foot of a couch.

By the time I was in my mid-thirties I was desperate. I was forty pounds overweight and completely miserable. I couldn’t bear to look in the mirror. I thought people would not wish to use my services, as I myself was obviously not healthy.

I could not except that this was simply aging, I did not believe my maker had intended for me to look and feel like that.

At this point I decided there had to be an answer and knew I had to find it or spend the rest of my life in abject misery.


The document I have written is the result of quite a few years of trial and error, numerous tests on long suffering guinea pigs, and late nights sitting up burning the midnight oil. I was finally satisfied I had the answer; a diet plan that promoted rapid weight loss, that was not harmful to your health in any way, that could be used for those who needed to shed just a few pounds or those who suffered from obesity. It is a plan that is extremely easy to stick to, you do not have to give up your favourite foods or drink, and you will never go hungry.
