If you become extremely dizzy and even nauseous from doing the 12 spins, then your endocrine system and thyroid are in bad shape for losing weight. Real bad shape. Weight loss is probably very hard for you. Nothing you do seems to work.

Now, I have some good news for you. If you keep reading -- I’ll show you how to fix that so you can lose weight faster than healthy people.

It’s really quite simple.

The 2nd group… if you become slightly dizzy and or energized... then you are in a good situation to lose weight. Lots of weight, fast! This is the category that most healthy people are in. So if you are not losing weight, don’t blame your body. Something else is the problem.

If you keep reading, I’ll show you how you can allow your body to unleash its ability to melt off pounds of fat. FAST. Your body is ready to lose the weight… you just need the key to unlock it.

Now the 3rd group. If nothing happened, then you may have done it wrong... so you’ll need to repeat it twice more. It’s rare for your body not to react to the spins (about 4-7% of people fall into this "non-reactive" group). So what I want you to do is another 2 sets of 12 spins. Do 1 set, stop and rest for 1-2 minutes, then do the 2nd set of 12 spins.
