Being totally healthy is not just about having muscles or a six-pack. They are a part of total health, and you will attain these, but there is much, much more involved than these alone, which most programs focus on. My system is not another fad diet, or a dvd with a new aerobic twist that you can’t and won’t stick to. It is based on science and tailored by experience. Being healthy has to be a “lifestyle” that you live, so that you stay healthy as long as you live. That’s the point isn’t it? Unlike most of the irrelevant courses we took in school and never used afterwards like trigonometry, you can’t study for this one, pass the test, and then forget about it. Consider this a manual for life that will be updated periodically by science. It is not a two-week, twenty-one-day, or a two-month program.
