    Like many insomniac, I had trouble getting my full 8 hours of sleep. For 6 years I was in the medical school and I found very hard to fall asleep.

    During the first year, I had faced many challenges. There came a point when I did not sleep the entire night. When I was at work, my mind was too tired to think. And I lost focus and did a lots of mistakes during at work.

    That causes a lot of burden to my colleagues. A single mistake at work can cost me murdered because I am trained in the healing arts.

    Thus, the next resort was pop in those sleeping pills hoping that it will cure my insomnia. But in fact it wasn’t helped much.

    Finally after asking all the doctors. I found one doctor who is 86 years old and he taught me the magic formula how to get to sleep naturally.

    So, I took action and followed his words. During the first day,  I managed to sleep at 1.45am at night.

    I never had a sound sleep ever since year 2000, after applying the natural antidote I had developed, I had achieved 8 hours of sleep every single day. The technique I have developed can cured insomnia without adverse effects.
